About

Ron Brown

Coming from a lineage of West Tennessee sharecroppers and being the son of a teacher and a career Army officer the values of hard work, education, and service have been ingrained in my upbringing.

A product of HBCUs, for my undergraduate degree in Political Science and military commission through Air Force ROTC, I am a staunch advocate in investing in the talent these institutions produce.

For the past 17+ years I have had the privilege of leading and influenced at the tactical, operational and strategic levels, providing logistics expertise. As a squadron commander during the COVID-19 pandemic I led over 350 military and civilian personnel providing logistics support to America’s mobility and global strike missions. My leadership during the pandemic is an example of the adaptability and capability to lead in high-pressure situations that I bring to the table. Managing a diverse team of personnel, particularly in the complex realm of logistics, requires a deep understanding of both the operational and human aspects of leading any team. The ability to successfully coordinate and lead such efforts is what I hope to share and develop in others.

My diverse background equips me with a wide array of experiences that can be harnessed to connect with and inspire individuals from different walks of life.
